Area authorities have information on a crash that killed a person at FM 726 in Upshur County, TX on November 12th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a Toyota Avalon operated by 52-year-old Regena D Avila reportedly failing to yield at a red light and entering into an intersection. It was then struck by a 18-wheeler operated by 48-year-old Allen Scott Jr. Avila died at the scene while her passenger, 32-year-old Aaron L. Dorsey, was hospitalized in critical condition.
