Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 277 and Rocky Ln in Coke County, TX on May 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. A Toyota Camry operated by 19-year-old Rema Weriwoh reportedly crossed a double yellow lane into the path of a tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer took evasive action to avoid a head-on crash, causing the Toyota to sideswipe the truck. Weriwoh suffered serious injuries while the other driver was not injured.
