Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 364 in Mission, TX on March 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:27 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Frontier operated by a 37-year-old Mission man was headed northbound on TX 364 against traffic in a southbound turn lane. A motorcycle operated by 37-year-old Reymundo Anzaldua Diaz III was headed southbound in a turn lane to go eastbound when the Nissan collided with the motorcycle, ejecting Diaz from the bike. Diaz suffered serious injuries while the Mission man was uninjured. Records indicate the Mission man was charged with Intoxication Assault and No Driver's License.
