Midland County Police have inforamtion on a collision that killed one person involved at Hwy 349 and Hwy 158 in Midland County, TX on January 9th, 2025. Police say a semi-truck headed westbound was allegedly traveling at an unsafe speed on icy roads when it veered into an eastbound lane. There, the truck collided with a pair of pickup trucks, one occupied by 57-year-old Richard Howell. Howell was fatally injured in the collision while reports claim the other two drivers were uninjured. Additional information was not available.
