What Happened

A man and two dogs were struck by a dump truck in a pedestrian accident at I-45 in Tiki Island, TX on March 8th, 2023. Police say the man, identified as 40-year-old Robbie Levi Kimball, was reportedly crossing a causeway with two dogs near a shoulder on I-45. At some point, Kimball and the dogs were struck around 12:28 p.m. by an approaching dump truck. Kimball was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from.
