Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at TX 149 near Carthage, TX on August 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. A Mongoose Hotshot bicycle operated by 66-year-old Robert Owens was headed northwest when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado.
