Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a pedestrian at Holly Rd in Corpus Christi, TX on October 5th, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happened around 6:31 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Escalade headed eastbound on Holly Rd is said to have struck an individual using a moped officials say was not street legal. Police say the collision left the moped operator, only identified as a 58-year-old Robstown man, was seriously injured. The driver of the Cadillac was allegedly uninjured and charged with Intoxication Assault. Additional information was not available.
