What Happened

Authorities have information on a collision that killed a motorcyclist at Fordham Rd in Dallas, TX on June 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:17 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac Escalade that had allegedly been reported stolen was southwest on Fordham, allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle is said to have struck a motorcycle performed a right turn onto Fordham Rd, the impact ejecting the motorcycle operator from the vehicle. Following the collision, reports say the Cadillac left the scene without stopping to render aid. The motorcyclist, identified as 37-year-old Rodolfo Bocanegra, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
