Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at State Hwy 357 in Corpus Christi, TX on April 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:17 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Avenger operated by 22-year-old Emily Driscoll was headed southbound in a turn lane. Police say the vehicle concerned southbound through the intersection, colliding with a vehicle making a left turn operated by 42-year-old Roger Samudio Jr. Both Samudio and a passenger in the Dodge hade injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. A second passenger in the Dodge had more serious injuries, according to police. Driscoll was not injured and a charge of Driving While Intoxicated was recommended and/or issued.
