Houston Police are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at Westheimer Rd in Houston, TX on November 12th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 6:45 p.m. According to investigators, 31-year-old Rolando Pretzantizin was crossing the road in an area outside a marked crosswalk before being struck by an unknown truck headed eastbound. The truck fled the scene without stopping to render aid as Pretzantizin was next struck by a Nissan Altima and another unknown vehicle that also fled the scene. Pretzantizin was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Nissan was determined not to be impaired and released after questioning by police. Additional information was not available.
