Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at Dizzy Dean Dr in Lancaster, TX on August 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:50 p.m. According to investigators a Dodge Charger was northbound before allegedly swerving into an oncoming lane of travel, allegedly due to lights ahead in the middle of the road. While doing so, police say the vehicle struck the vehicle, said to be a motorcycle operated by 46-year-old Ron Ray. Ray suffered fatal injuries in the incident. The other driver, age 25, was uninjured, according to police. Additional information was not immediately available.
