Houston Police identified the woman killed in a collision at Chimney Rock Rd in Houston, TX on September 19th, 2021. They say it happened around 3 a.m. A vehicle operated by Wendy Kaory Ugarte Morales is accused of running a red light at an intersection and colliding with another vehicle. 25-year-old Rosa Herrera, a passenger in Morales' vehicle, died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were hospitalized with serious injuries. Morales was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
