Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Loop 323 in Tyler, TX on August 19th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Frontier is alleged to have run a red light at an intersection before colliding with a Jeep Grand Cherokee at the intersection with Front Street. Officials say the driver of the Jeep, identified as 37-year-old Rosa Velez, was seriously injured, as was the other driver.
