Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at International Blvd in Hidalgo, TX on May 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:22 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a Rio Bravo man was headed westbound while attempting to enter a parking lot. It struck a parked vehicle occupied by 45-year-old Rosalba Chairez De Jimenez and three children. The children were uninjured, however, Jimenez suffered serious injuries.
