Lubbock Police are investigating a collision that killed a woman at I-27 in Lubbock, TX on July 15th, 2023. Police believe the incident involved a vehicle colliding with a telephone under unclear circumstances. Investigators say it was raining at the time of the crash and indicated the weather may have played a factor in the crash.  An occupant of the vehicle involved, identified as 58-year-old Rosalinda Ramos, was hospitalized with injuries she later died form.
