What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured four people at FM 51 in Wise County, TX on November 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. According to investigators, a northbound box truck operated by 20-year-old Jordan Maple attempted a left turn to headed onto FM 455 and allegedly failed to yield while doing so. It collided with a Ford F-150 operated by 70-year-old Larry Landress, which had been headed southbound towing a trailer. Both drivers and two passengers, identified as 68-year-old Rosemary Landress and 19-year-old Angel Flores, were hospitalized for treatment of injuries. Additional information was not available.
