Abilene Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at Hwy 83 in Abilene, TX on May 4th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 9 p.m. They believe a vehicle operated by 96-year-old James Henry Wheeler was traveling at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction on the highway before it crashed head-on into an SUV operated by 35-year-old Roxanne Rivero Medina.
