Authorities in Houston, TX, are investigating a collision on January 14, 2025, at approximately 2:37 p.m. on Interstate 610. According to police, a tractor-trailer, allegedly driven by a 34-year-old male, failed to maintain a single lane and sideswiped a Jeep Gladiator traveling westbound. The Jeep’s 36-year-old driver sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. The Freightliner driver was reportedly uninjured. Contributing factors included failure to drive in a single lane and improper lane change. The investigation is ongoing.
