What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at Canton St in Dallas, TX on June 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:41 a.m. A Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by an unidentified driver was headed southbound on Cesar Chavez Blvd as it approached an intersection. The Jeep then reportedly ran a red light as it went into the intersection and collided with an Infiniti operated by 43-year-old Raymundo Rivera. The impact caused the Infiniti to overturn before the Jeep driver fled the scene. Passengers in the Infiniti, including Ruben Marquez, Alexis Marquez, Mariah Marquez and Maria Rivera were all evaluated for various injuries. Additional information was not available.
