Police say the incident happened around 10:40 p.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler Town & Country was is alleged to have failed to yield before proceeding into the path of an approaching westbound Ford F-250. Reports say the two vehicles crashed, the impact leaving 39-year-old Ford passenger, Rumaldo Rocha, seriously injured. The driver of the Ford, identified s 40-year-old Rolando Rocha, had less serious injuries, reports say. The other driver was not publicly identified and, according to reports, allegedly uninjured.
