Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Darlock Rd in Rowlett, TX on June 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:42 a.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen Jetta operated by 23-year-old Ryan Osteen was headed northbound on Darlock Rd when it reportedly veered from the road at a curve. It then went through a traffic pylon before crashing into a large boulder. The impact left Osteen with serious injuries and reports indicate Osteen was allegedly arrested on a DWI charge.
