What Happened

San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US 281 in San Antonio, TX on July 18th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a vehicle operated by 69-year-old Sally Anne Holtz was headed north performing a u-turn when it began heading southbound in northbound traffic. It then collided head-on with a Toyota Tundra. Holtz was extricated from her vehicle and hospitalized with injuries that she later died from. The other driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
