Area authorities are investigating a two-vehicle collision that killed a motorcyclist at McKinzie Rd in Corpus Christi, TX on February 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:58 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 59-year-old Samuel Henry was headed northbound on McKinzie. Police say they were told by witnesses who allege that the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to entering into an intersection. The vehicle allegedly ran a red light before colliding with a second vehicle turning at the intersection. The collision left Henry with fatal injuries. The other driver was not injured. Police had no additional information to share.
