Police say the incident happened around 4:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 20-year-old Sandra Andrade was headed southeast on FM 1174 as it entered a curve in the road. The truck is said to have veered from its lane into a road sign before hitting a guardrail and overturning into a ditch.
