Police say the incident happened around 2:38 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado headed northbound is alleged to have failed to yield right of way before turning left at a private road. Reports say the vehicle collided with a southbound Honda Civic, operated by 69-year-old Sang Trang. Trang was seriously injured, police say.
