Area authorities have information on a crash that injured a person at MacArthur Blvd in Irving, TX on December 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:58 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by a 20-year-old Irving woman was headed westbound on Northgate Drive. Police allege the vehicle failed to stop for a traffic signal at the intersection with MacArthur Blvd. The vehicle is said to have proceeded into the intersection, striking a northbound Toyota Rav4 operated by 42-year-old Sara Nohemi De Lazo. De Lazo suffered serious injuries, according to police. A 16-year-old passenger was evaluated for possible injuries. Police say two occupants of the Honda were not injured.
