What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a motorcyclist at North Fwy in Harris County, TX on May 13th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a motorcycle operated by Saul Lopez allegedly being struck by a Jaguar operated by Jesus Lucero. Police allege that following the collision, either Lucero or both Lucero and his vehicle did not remain at the scene to render aid to Lopez. They say Lopez had suspected serious injuries and was hospitalized for treatment. Officers recommended and/or issued a charge of Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
