Area authorities have information on a collision that left a rollerblader injured at Brodie Ln in Austin, TX on April 14th, 2023. Police say it happened around 10:57 p.m. Investigators are saying a a vehicle operated by a 37-year-old Austin woman was headed southbound on Brodie Ln at the time. 29-year-old Scott Garrett was using rollerblades while traveling southbound in a right hand bike lane. Police say at some point, the vehicle struck Garrett, causing suspected serious injuries. The Austin woman and her 33-year-old passenger were uninjured, according to investigators.
