Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Loop 1604 in San Antonio, TX on July 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:50 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by 33-year-old Scott Stoczynski is believed to have been headed westbound on an access road prior to veering from the road.
