Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-40 in Oldham County, TX on October 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:15 a.m. According to investigators, a tow truck operated by 42-year-old Scottie Dunn was parked legally in a westbound shoulder as Dunn stood next to the vehicle. An approaching tractor-trailer operated by 32-year-old Shavinder Singh is said to have struck the tow truck and Dunn, causing the tractor-trailer to veer into a ditch and overturn.
