What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at FM 907 in Hidalgo County, TX on June 15th, 2024. pOlice say the incident happened around 12:50 p.m. According to investigators, a northbound Ford F-150 is alleged to have entered into a southbound lane for unknown reasons prior to striking the side of a tractor-trailer. From there, reports say the Ford also made contact with a Ford Fiesta, operated by 44-year-old Sergio Perez. Reports say the impact caused the Fiesta to overrun and left Perez seriously injured. Reports also say the three occupants of the F-150, including the driver, all had injuries considered to be non-life-threatening in nature. Additional information was not available.
