Fort Worth Police are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at Chisholm Trail Pkwy in Fort Worth, TX on November 11th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:15 p.m. and involved an EMS vehicle colliding with the rear of a cement truck.
