El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Hawkins Blvd in El Paso, TX on February 1st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:56 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle headed southbound at a high rate of speed is said to have lost control at a curve in the road. The vehicle hit a center median, ejecting Gaines from the vehicle. Gaines was taken to an area hospital with injuries he died from the following day.
