Texas Department of Public Safety officials are instigating a crash that killed a person at I-20 in Monahans, TX on December 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a Chevrolet Silverado reportedly collided with a guardrail. It then crossed westbound lanes into a center barrier before overturning.
