Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Sam Houston Pkwy in Houston, TX on April 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:20 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 51-year-old Byron Arninski Foster was exiting a private driveway and entering onto the road when it collided with a Chrysler 200 operated by 28-year-old Shakyla Monice Johnson. Johnson suffered minor injuries in the collision. Foster was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield Row.
