Police say the incident happened around 6:04 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Envoy operated by 33-year-old Shanay Stevenson was traveling west bound on Cardinal Dr when it lost control for unknown reasons. Officers say the vehicle then veered into a retaining wall, causing it to cross multiple travel lanes into a guardrail.
