Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at Bethesda Rd in Johnson County, TX on January 8th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:32 p.m. According to investigators, a Kia Forte operated by 50-year-old Shane Davis was headed eastbound on County Rd 806 at a speed they allege was unsafe. The vehicle veered from the road as a result and hit a tree, leaving Davis with serious injuries. A 26-year-old passenger had less serious injuries. Officers recommended and/or issued a DWI charge.
