What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at I-35 in Fort Worth, TX on August 4th, 2021. The crash is said to have happened around 6:57 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 31-year-old Round Rock man was headed northbound when it reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a Dodge Ram operated by 43-year-old Shannon Throckmorton. She suffered minor injuries while the Round Rock man was uninjured. Police issued him a Failure to Control Speed charge.
