Dallas Police are investigating a pedestrian accident at I-30 and Edgefield Ave in Dallas, TX on February 10th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 5:15 a.m. Police say a female pedestrian was allegedly walking in the express lanes of the highway when they were struck by an 18-wheeler. The pedestrian, identified as 36-year-old Shenneice Nicole Moore, suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Police were not able to say Moore was allegedly in the roadway at the time and add that the driver stated he attempted to avoid the collision prior to impact.
