Authorities are investigating crash that Ella Blvd in Harris County, TX on December 6th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Rav4 was involved in a collision with a Cadillac CTS under unclear circumstances. Authorities say one of the vehicles, possibly the Cadillac, may have failed to control its speed prior to the collision.
