Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that killed a person at Nottingham Dr in El Paso, TX on February 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:05 p.m. Investigators believe a Ford Fiesta operated by 65-year-old Sixto Madera was headed northbound on Nottingham when it reportedly failed yield right of way and collided with a Mazda CX-3 traveling eastbound on a left lane with right of way.
