Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-10 in Baytown, TX on September 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:48 a.m. According to investigators, a Mazda 6 operated by 55-year-old Stacie Renee Fulton was headed westbound in the eastbound lanes on the East Freeway when it collided with a Toyota Scion operated by 21-year-old Natalia Insua. The collision caused fatal injuries for Fulton and serious injuries to Insua. Additional information was not immediately available.
