Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two women at Broadway St in Jefferson, TX on June 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:45 a.m. A Mack truck hauling logs reportedly made a wide right turn and the logs crashed through the windshield of a Chevrolet Impala operated by 62-year-old Stephanie Holman. Both Holman and her 70-year-old passenger were seriously injured in the incident. The Mack truck driver was not injured in the incident. Additional information was not available.
