Authorities are investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred on March 15, 2025, around 4:39 p.m. on State Highway 78 in Wylie, Texas. According to police, a northbound Hyundai Genesis was traveling the wrong way in the southbound lanes when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet Colorado, causing the Chevrolet to then strike a Toyota Corolla. 60-year-old driver Stephen Lugo was pronounced dead at the scene. . The 72-year-old driver of the other vehicle sustained suspected serious injuries. No other injuries were reported.
