Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Evers Rd in San Antonio, TX on June 16th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:48 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by an unidentified driver was reportedly traveling the wrong direction collided with a Nissan Frontier operated by 71-year-old Stephen Thornton. Police say the driver of the Ford fled the scene on foot, leaving behind Thornton with serious injuries. The driver was later located and arrested for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
