What Happened

Police are investigating a crash that injured several people at State Hwy 3 in La Marque, TX on September 2nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 1500 headed northbound is said to have lost control before sliding into and striking a Nissan Rogue. Officials say the driver of the Nissan, identified as 71-year-old Steen Fee, was seriously injured. Two passengers, ages 67 and 74, both had less serious injuries, reports say. Reports also say the other driver, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured.
