What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at Hwy 7 and FM 397 in Robertson County, TX on July 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened in the afternoon. A Toyota pickup truck operated by 67-year-old Steven Henninger reportedly pulled out from a stop sign and into the path of an 18-wheeler headed west. Henninger suffered fatal injuries. The truck drver, 35-year-old Eric Negrete, was treated for minor injuries.
