What Happened

Officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety office have information on a two vehicle crash at FM 528 in Alvin, TX on November 8th, 2022. Police say it happened around 7:05 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Rav4 operated by a 44-year-old Houston woman was headed northbound on 35. A  Dodge Durango operate day 41-year-old Steven Michael Casto was headed eastbound. The two vehicles collided at the intersection after one allegedly ran a light and/or failed to yield. The collision caused both injuries serious injuries and both were hospitalized for treatment. Additional details were not provided.
