Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at Cavalry Dr in Fair Oak Ranch, TX on June 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:57 p.m. A golf cart with three passengers was reportedly was attempting to do a wheelie when the rear passengers jumped off. One of the passengers, identified as 38-year-old Steven Moy, fell as a result and struck his head on the ground. The impact caused him serious injuries that he died from several days later. The driver of the golf cart was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Additional information was not immediately available.
