Officials reported a fatal collision that occurred at 2:12 p.m. on Ranch to Market 1431 in Burnet County, TX. Reports claim a Kia Forte, traveling west, attempted to pass a truck with a trailer in a no-passing zone, allegedly crossing into the eastbound lane where it collided with an Alfa Romeo. The driver of the Alfa Romeo, identified as 69-year-old Steven Parsons, reportedly made an evasive maneuver but was unable to avoid the crash and was pronounced deceased.
